We also enjoy the No Smoking ðŸš. We look forward to living here a long time. Very much recommended. The rent might be higher but you get so much and what you pay for. We got very tired of living in old apartments. Thank you for providing a fantastic place for people to live and enjoy life.

I had been eyeing this place since it was built, wondering what it'd be like to live in an apartment that's not 50 years old. 🤔 We've finally got moved in. Professional, friendly helpful staff and the neighbors seem pleasant as well. Looking forward to trying out all of the amenities and the Xfinity internet is 👌 awesome. Highly recommend living here. It's great to be back in Forest Grove after 7 years in Cornelius.

Cant hear neighbors. Doggy stations with disposal. Free wifi and cable. Spacey lay outs and tall ceilings. They thought of it all.
